The reason why I have a Revelife blog now is because I am going to be a new contributer to this site! I'm going to be Revelife's music writer. I really hope that you'll enjoy all the things that I have to write about because there are WAY too many amazingly great bands out there who don't enough publicity. I guess you should know stuff about me, though, right?

"Occupation": High school sophomore. Occasional babysitter.
Hobbies: Blogging, singing, playing guitar, social networking, graphic design [that's the main one], photo editing, photo taking, talking to people.
Favorite music: I can't pinpoint it. I like: indie, alternative, piano rock, acoustic stuff, some electronic stuff. Any guy with a voice that makes my heart melt!
Favorite bands/artists: SO MANY. Jon Foreman, Seabird, House of Heroes, Red Umbrella, Phil Wickham, This Holiday Life, Owl City, Edison Glass, Circleslide, Deas Vail, Hyper Static Union, etc.
TV Shows: LOST, Jon & Kate Plus 8.
Movies: Expelled, The Truman Show, Extreme Days.
Books: Psalms, Proverbs and most of the New Testament. Don Miller Books. Left Behind Series.

Circleslide is a weather boy-- that's a name of one of his band's songs. He's cool and has my same last name so I decided to take his idea. But I give him credit!

Well, first of all, welcome to this network. Even though I am not part of Revelife, I come to the site often. I look forward to getting to know more about great artists, like Seabird, that do not get enough publicity. We have a few things in common Raquel. We are both Hispanic, sarcastic, adore coffee (I grew up drinking it...besides milk, of course
), guys with a good voice also melt my heart, and we both like to sing. Do you happen to like cartoons or Japanese Animation?
@Blessed_Enigma@xanga - I don't LOVE cartoons, but some can be funny sometimes. Japanese animation...like anime? I used to LOOOOVE Pokemon. It was my favorite...but old school Pokemon. Sailor Moon was also a favorite of mine. I was in anime club in 8th grade too...we watched this one anime called Spiral which was pretty good.
Well, let's add anime to the list of things we have in common
. I am not a big fan of cartoons but I am a huge fan of anime. I have been watching it and reading manga for many years now. I also used to watch Sailor Moon and Pokemon! Did you know that Sailor Moon was losely based on Romeo and Juliet?
